  • ¾ cup AP flour
  • 1¼ cup yellow cornmeal
  • ½ tsp each baking soda, salt
  • mix and set aside
  • ½ cup each sugar, melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • combine wet and dry
  • bake at 350F for 35 minutes
Pizza Dough

  • 6 oz hot water, heated to 110F
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½ cups type-00 flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1¼ tsp instant yeast
  • combine in bread maker, use dough cycle
White Loaf (2LB)
  • 1¼ cups milk, heated to 110F
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1½ tbsp sugar
  • 1½ tbsp salt
  • 1½ tbsp instant yeast
  • combine in bread maker, use full cycle
French Toast
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • dash of salt and vanilla
  • dunk in some bread and fry it up

Desserts

Ice Cream
  • 16oz heavy cream, whipped good
  • 14oz condensed milk
  • capful of vanilla extract
  • mix and freeze for eight hours
  • that's it that's the entire recipe u just made ice cream
Brownies
  • 8 oz butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ tsp each baking powder, salt
  • bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes
Cheesecake (Adapted for Rice Cookers)
  • five full-length graham crackers, smashed inside resealable bag
  • half a stick of melted butter
  • mix and add to rice cooker pot to form crust
  • half block of cream cheese, microwaved
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • ⅔ cup heavy cream
  • your choice of flavoring
Gelatin Cake
  • 1 box cake mix
  • ¾ cup each vegetable oil, water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box gelatin mix
  • bake at 350F for 30 minutes
  • glaze: 1 cup powdered/confectioner's sugar, 1 tbsp butter, fruit zest
  • glaze cake while still warm
Peach Cobbler
  • 2x15 oz canned peaches (drain one can)
  • 2 tbsp each white and brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ½ tsp each cinnamon, vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp each citrus juice, nutmeg
  • half a stick of butter
  • mix and boil in saucepan
  • add pie crust and mixture to baking dish
  • bake at 350F for 45 minutes
  • serve with vanilla ice cream or i'll suplex your computer
Southern Banana Pudding
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 14 oz condensed milk
  • 3½ oz each vanilla pudding, banana cream pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz whipped topping
  • slice 4 bananas
  • alternate layers with vanilla wafers
Tapioca Pudding
  • ½ cup small tapioca pearls
  • soak in 2 cups of water for 24 hours
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly until thick
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Drinks

Easiest Breakfast Smoothie
  • equal amounts peanut butter and preserves/jelly/jam
  • one banana, sliced
  • cover with milk and blend until smooth
Hot Cocoa Mix
  • 2⅓ oz sugar
  • 1½ oz cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp each salt, cinnamon
  • mix into hot milk
Hot Ponyo
  • 2 tsp honey
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ cup each boiling water, milk
  • stir well

Main Dishes

"Burrito Filling"
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1½ tsp ground comino
  • ½ tsp each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika
  • ¼ tsp each red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper
  • equal amounts of queso blanco and taco sauce
  • equal amounts of refried beans and mexican rice
Corndogs
  • 4 oz each yellow cornmeal, AP flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • whisk until smooth
  • coat hotdogs in corn starch before battering them
  • deep fry at 375F until golden brown
One-Pot Creamy Angel Hair
  • olive oil, minced garlic, pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups chicken stock (4 if you're lazy)
  • 1 pack angel hair pasta
  • cook until liquid is absorbed
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp italian herb mix
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • stir and serve
Ground Beef Lo Mein
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • onion powder, garlic powder
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 bricks of ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • ⅓ cup dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
Chicken Wings in a Rice Cooker
  • Frozen bone-in, skin-on chicken wings
  • 12oz dark cola or root beer
  • 6oz sauce of choice (soy, teriyaki, BBQ, etc.)
  • combine in rice cooker bowl, use white rice cycle
  • Optional: coat in extra sauce and bake for 20 minutes

Sauces

Arby's Sauce
  • ¼ tsp each salt, cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp each onion powder, garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • blend, bring to boil
Alfredo Sauce (Restaurant Quality)
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • sauté until fragrant
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp each salt and nutmeg
  • 4 oz shredded parmesan cheese
  • yolk of 1 egg (or cream cheese)
Burger Sauce
  • 3 oz each tomato ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet relish, mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, paprika
Country Gravy
Thick gravy in a saucepan, sticking to a fork
 being pulled out of the mixture.
  • (optional) 12 oz pork sausage
  • 2 tbsp each butter, AP flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • simmer until thick
Meat Sauce for pasta

  • 1 lb each ground beef, medium italian sausage
  • brown and drain meat
  • onion powder, Lawry's Garlic Pepper Seasoning
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 28 oz crushed san marzano tomatoes
  • 2 cups water
  • olive oil, italian herb mix, red wine vinegar
  • 1 block Kerrygold Dubliner cheese, shredded
  • simmer to desired thickness
Peruvian Ají (Green Sauce)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp cotija or parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • juice of half a lime
  • pinch of salt
  • blend until smooth
Queso Blanco
  • chorizo
  • 1 tsp each onion powder, cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp each butter, AP flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz each monterey jack, white cheddar
Taco Bell Border Sauce
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • dissolve corn starch before adding other ingredients
  • bring to boil, simmer for 5 minutes
Cheese Sauce
Cheese sauce on a burrito with steak, beans, 
 and rice.
  • cook 2 tbsp chorizo with onion powder and chili powder
  • melt 2 tbsp butter, mix in 2 tbsp flour
  • add 12-16 oz evaporated milk, bring to simmer
  • stir in sodium citrate with grated sharp and white cheddar
Guacamole for One
Visible chunks of avocado, tomato, and cilantro

  • ½ hass avocado
  • ½ small tomato
  • a few sprigs of cilantro
  • (optional) ½ jalapeño pepper
  • dice well and combine in bowl
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp each garlic and onion powder
  • ¼ tsp true lime powder (or lime juice)
  • mix until well combined

Seasoning Mixes

Carne Asada Marinade
  • juice of 3 limes
  • equal amount of olive oil
  • "big ol' glob" of minced garlic
  • unspecifed equal amounts of ground comino and Fiesta fajita seasoning
  • paprika for color
  • coat steak pieces in resealable bag for 2-24 hours
Peruvian Chicken Rub (Adapted for Cornish hens)
Half of a roasted hen, served with green sauce,
 white rice, and refried beans.
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tbsp each ground comino, salt
  • 1 tsp each paprika, sugar
  • ½ tsp each pepper, italian herb mix
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • mix well, coat hen, and cook in toaster oven at 400F for 40+ minutes
Pizza/Breadstick "Salt Crack"
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 4 tsp italian herb mix
  • 2 tsp each garlic powder, garlic salt, onion powder
BBQ Rib Rub
  • (for 1 lb pork ribs)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp each garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, salt

Side Dishes

Mac and Cheese (Adapted for Rice Cookers)

  • 2 'cups' al dente pasta
  • 1 'cup' each heavy cream, chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 oz each shredded sharp and white cheddar
  • mix in rice cooker bowl, use white rice cycle
  • season with ground black pepper
Mexican Rice (Adapted for Rice Cookers)
  • 1 'cup' basmati rice
  • 1 tsp each ground comino, onion powder, garlic powder
  • ½ tps each cayenne pepper, chili powder
  • 1 'cup' chicken broth
  • ½ 'cup' tomato sauce
  • ALTERNATIVELY: water and 'Caldo de Tomate' bouillon
  • ¼ 'cup' olive oil
  • mix in rice cooker bowl, use white rice cycle
Salsa Picante (Actual Restaurant Style)
  • ½ cup of sliced jalapeño peppers
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • bundle of cilantro
  • combine in food processor
Salsa Verde

  • 5 tomatillos
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ white onion
  • 2 poblano peppers
  • 3 fresh serrano peppers (6 if pickled)
  • roast the veg
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp salt
  • bundle of cilantro
  • add to food processor, blend to desired consistency
Flour Tortillas
  • 3 cups AP flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ⅓ cup shortening
  • 1 cup hot water
  • knead for 10 minutes
  • roll into 12-14 balls
  • rest 10 min under damp paper towel
  • roll out, heat on skillet

Pro-Tips

Imitation Buttermilk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • stir and let sit for 5 min
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 oz powdered sugar
  • whip until stiff
Evaporated Milk
  • Evaporated milk can be used in place of heavy cream. This can be useful for baking, or if you find yourself always having cream expiring before you can remember to use it.
Brown Sugar
  • Add 1 tbsp molasses to 1 cup white sugar to make brown sugar.
Heavy Cream On Demand
  • 2 parts whole milk mixed with 1 part melted butter
